MountBlue is seeking for smart, intelligent and driven engineers to become part of their team. Programming competence in at least one of the following languages from C, C++, Javascript, Java, Python, PHP, or Ruby is required for the candidate.
Selected applicants will go through a rigorous 12-week training programme, and after fulfilling the requirements, they will be given the new opportunity to apply for the position of Software Development Engineer(SDE).
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop, compile, test, debug, and deploy software through working in a team.
- Create efficient mobile and online applications with Javascript, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and other tools.
- Assure nearly 100% of software deployments are defect and error-free.
- Write effective software and API documentations.
- Hot fixes and software support are provided during production release.

- Knowledge of atleast one programming language from C, C++, Javascript, Java, PHP, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Self-driven ,independent and able to work in a hectic environement.

- If the candidate leaves before serving 15 months at Mountblue Technologies, the training expenses of ₹ 200,000 are totally recoverable.
- You will be sent to one of the following places following your first three months of training: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, or Chennai. Preferences of the candidates will be taken into account.
Compensation or Stipend :
- Stipend of Rs 15,000 will be provided per month for the first three months (during training),
- Rs 33.4k per month for the next twelve months (total of Rs 4.01 lakh).
- After receiving a stipend for all 15 months, your compensation will be fully based on how well you perform. Usually, it falls between 8 to 12 lakh.
MountBlue Off Campus Drive 2024 Selection Process :
- Round 1: Online Coding Challenge exam from home.
- Round 2: Interviews will be taken in the NCR and Bangalore location.
- Those who have been selected for further rounds must attend interviews with Mountblue Technologies at their offices in Bangalore or the National Capital Region (NCR) at a later time. No exceptions will be allowed.
