Job Description :

- Transaction Risk Management Systems(TRMS) works to protect every financial transaction made on any of the Amazon sites, all the while making sure that our genuine customers are known of this.
- In order to reduce the risk and increase trust on Amazon.com site, TRMS builds and implements software systems, risk models, and operational procedures for implementation.
- Evaluations of overall productivity and quality control (QC) will be conducted in addition to the departments overall development.
- Candidates those are with experience in customer service field or recent graduates are well suited for these role.
Responsibilities :
- Effectively communicate with our clients by phone or email, which will includes buyers, merchants, and internal customers.
- Take the required steps to identify and reduce the risk that present in fraud patterns and trends.

- Take part in ad hoc tasks and initiatives as when required.
Eligibility :
- Candidate with Strong english writing and reading abilities, as well as should have the capacity to write a response that should be accurate and grammatically correct.
- Should have good interpersonal abilities, which includes the capacity to accurately and effectively explain complex transactional queries to both internal and external customers.
- Candidate with clear, crisp and proactive documentation of operating procedures necessary to tackle identified risk related.
- Candidate with exhibited capacity to operate independently, make difficult investigative judgements with non-obvious pattern, and conduct logical issue analyses, including the recognition of small patterns.
- Candidate with fast to pick things up on their own, Self-disciplined, industrious, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Should have strong organising and time management abilities.
- Candidate should be familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook on Microsoft Office.
- Candidate should be flexible work schedule, including the option to work on a weekend day or on a day other than the “regular” workdays. You may work in the night shift and your shift will be on either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
- Show that you are willing to work for extra hours when required for the company.
- Candidate should possess the patience to work for lengthy hours .
- Candidate should have one to two years of experience in a similar field in the e-commerce, payments, and banking (particularly in China) domains.
- Candidate should be familiar with workflow optimisation,analysis of data and operation process improvements.
- An understanding of Merchant Trust Services will be a big plus point.

Shifts : Rotational Shift (shifts are rotated in every three to four months in a 24 hour workplace)
