- You will be in charge of providing excellent customer support to American clients as a Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Chat Process, with a more focus on sales and upselling.
- You will also be in charge of making product and service sales to boost more revenue.
- When clients connects you via chat or email with questions, you will be their starting point of contact. As such, meeting their necessities, responding to their questions, and maintaining their interest in buying goods and services will be your main priorities as Customer Care Executive.

- Replying politely and professionally to incoming discussions on chats or calls from clients/customers.
- Communicate and engage with consumers to learn about their wants and needs as well as to quickly and accurately deliver information about goods and services, costs, and promotions to customers.
- Actively look for opportunities to cross- and upsell customers on goods and services.
- Address the client issues and their objections in a professional and empathetical way in order to complete the project deal.
- Use the company’s CRM system to document all client contacts, including information about questions,queries, problems, and all purchases.
- Meeting or surpassing personal and group sales goals.
- Keeping up to date knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, standards and the company’s goods and services.
Requirements :
- Candidate with outstanding English writing communication abilities.
- Candidate with prior experience working in sales and customer support,basically in a chat or online setting.
- Candidate with the capacity to efficiently manage time, prioritise tasks according to time, and multitask.
