Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work with the Equifax bureau located in India to build bureau which is based on Analytical capabilities and use the new age technologies to implement those solutions.
- Expected to show independence in execution, interpretation and presentation of outcomes, and creation of sufficient documentation to provide a convincing argument to internal and external parties.
- Basic Knowledge of credit bureau, housing and/or demographic data will be an added advantage.Handle massive volumes of data and incorporate many data sources into your solutions.
- Help in Building the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Analytics practice through on- going findings of new opportunities.
- Understanding of key business and risk KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator) for retail banking products, drawing insights from bureau datasets.
- Self-motivation, self-control, attention to detail, the capacity to organise and present work, and a track record of meeting deadlines with excellent results
Requirements :
- Required 0 to 1 year of experience in handling BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) analytics/ implementation of models/Big data technology /Cloud solution architects.
- Required Good knowledge of SAS (Statistical Analysis System), SQL(Structured Query Language), Python, R.
- Basic knowledge of Retail banking products.
- Required Analytical skill, logical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Candidate should be Adaptable to work in project based engagements around different kinds of banking customers.
- Candidate should be a team player, should have management skills.
- Self-starter who can perform well under pressure and has a lot of energy.
- Self-motivation, self-control, attention to detail, the capacity to organise and present work, and a track record of meeting deadlines with excellent results
