Job Description :
- By developing, testing, implementing, documenting, and delivering software solutions,assist software engineering.
- Investigates about different technology solutions to meet changing business requirements.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Accountable for developing, testing, executing,documenting, maintaining, and providing assistance for systems application software in compliance with MasterCard standard, procedures, and best methodologies.
- Within the allotted time and budget, create high-quality, safe, and scalable software solutions based on technical requirements ,features and design artifacts.
- Investigate, create, and evaluate possible technological solutions that satisfy corporate needs.
- Develop systems and test documents in accordance with departmental standards.
- Acheive audit requirements by adhering to standards during development and testing.
- Follow quality assurance and control procedures of MasterCard.
- Support in the gathering and reporting of software and project metrics.
- Actively look out for chances to improve standards and boost productivity.
Qualification :
- Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS )or Management Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
- 0 to 12 months of working experience in the field of software engineering.
Required Skills :
- It is necessary to have a fundamental knowledge of software engineering concepts and methodologies.
- 0 to 12 months of work experience in the field of software engineering .
- To achieve deadlines, one must possess a high level of energy, attention to detail, initiative, and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, as well as the ability to pick up new technologies, application-appropriate frameworks, and tools quickly.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organisational abilities combined with a high level of initiative and drive, and the capacity to work as a part of a diverse, geographically distributed project team based on a matrix.
- The capacity and willingness to learn new things and take difficult chances.
